AN ACT concerning transportation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Railroad Incorporation Act is amended by
changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(610 ILCS 5/0.01) (from Ch. 114, par. 0.01)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Railroad Incorporation Act.
