AN ACT

 

Appropriating monies to the Arizona exposition and state fair board.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; Arizona exposition and state fair board; preservation and renovation of historic buildings

The sum of $200,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2017-2018 to the Arizona exposition and state fair board for the preservation and renovation of buildings under the control of the board that are listed or eligible to be listed on the Arizona register of historic places or the national register of historic places.  Before spending the monies, the Arizona exposition and state fair board shall consult with the state historic preservation officer.
