AN ACT

 

Appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of transportation; State Route 95

The sum of $25,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of transportation to repave State Route 95 from Interstate 40 to Sara Park in Lake Havasu.
