AN ACT

 

prohibiting legislative subsistence payments during the Fiftieth legislature, third special session.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Fiftieth legislature; third special session; subsistence payments; prohibition

Notwithstanding section 41-1104, Arizona Revised Statutes, no member of the legislature may receive any subsistence payment during the fiftieth legislature, third special session.

Sec. 2.  Emergency

This act is an emergency measure that is necessary to preserve the public peace, health or safety and is operative immediately as provided by law.
