SENATE BILL 1156

 

 

 

AN ACT

 

Appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; department of transportation; Interstate 10

The sum of $15,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in each of fiscal years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 to the department of transportation to reconstruct Interstate 10 from Miller Road to Verrado Way.  The department may spend the monies only if the department determines that the federal government and entities other than the federal government or this state will pay at least fifty percent of the total cost of the project.
