AN ACT
appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; Wild Horse Pass interchange
The sum of $15,000,000
is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the
department of transportation for this state's share of the cost to alter the
Wild Horse Pass interchange to a diverging diamond interchange.
