SENATE BILL 1231

 

 

AN ACT

 

relating to legal action against the United States forest service for habitat destruction.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Apache county attorney; legal action; habitat destruction

Monies appropriated to the department of administration for distribution to the Apache county attorney's office shall be used to represent the interests of the people of Arizona and Apache county for legal action against the United States forest service for the destruction of endangered species habitat in Arizona caused by the lack of forest thinning and forage fuel removal activities.
