AN ACT
appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Appropriation; Interstate 10; Marana; construction
The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the department of transportation to distribute to the town of Marana to reconstruct Tangerine Road from Dove Mountain Boulevard to Interstate 10.
