SENATE BILL 1322

 

 

AN ACT

 

amending Laws 2007, chapter 51, section 2; relating to assured water supply requirements.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Laws 2007, chapter 51, section 2 is amended to read:

Sec. 2.  Repeal

This act is repealed on September 1, 2014 2024.
