An act to amend Section 312 of the Code of Civil Procedure, relating to civil actions.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:


SECTION 1.

 Section 312 of the Code of Civil Procedure is amended to read:

312.
 Civil actions, without exception, can only be commenced only within the periods prescribed in this title, after the cause of action shall have has accrued, unless where, unless, in special cases, a different limitation is prescribed by statute.
