Existing law, the Local Health Care District Law, provides for the organization, incorporation, and management of a local hospital district, which may exercise certain granted and implied powers. Existing law also sets forth the manner of formation of local hospital districts, as specified. Existing law requires election officials to select an argument for printing and distribution to voters if more than one argument for or more than one argument against a proposed district formation is filed, as specified.
This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to those provisions.
