SB 760, as introduced, Durazo. Employment.
Existing law establishes the Department of Industrial Relations within the Labor and Workforce Development Agency and provides that one of the functions of the department is to foster, promote, and develop the welfare of wage earners of this state.
This bill would state the intent of the Legislature to enact legislation relating to employment.
