Summary

To provide that each retail pharmacy licensed in this state may, upon request from an insured, dispense a sixty to ninety-day supply of a prescription drug to the insured if such insured holds a valid prescription for such supply, and that no health carrier shall prohibit a retail pharmacy from dispensing such a supply to such an insured.
