Summary

To require that each insurer, health care center, fraternal benefit society, hospital service corporation, medical service corporation or other entity delivering, issuing for delivery, renewing, amending or continuing a health insurance policy in this state accept payments from each nonprofit corporation that is operating in this state and in compliance with the federal False Claims Act.
