Summary

To require (1) town clerks to track the numbers of absentee ballot rejections in 2019 and 2020 and the reasons therefor, (2) town clerks to transmit such information to the Secretary of the State, and (3) the Secretary to submit a report including such information and recommendations for legislation to the General Assembly.
