Summary

To (1) require Internet social media platforms to remove content created by individuals under the age of eighteen at such individuals' request, and (2) prohibit such platforms and Internet web sites that primarily engage minors from advertising products or services (A) that are illegal for minors to purchase, and (B) if such advertising is targeted toward a minor based on personal information collected regarding such minor.
