Summary

To provide that Medicaid, Medicare and no insurer, health care center, hospital service corporation, medical service corporation, fraternal benefit society or other entity that delivers, issues for delivery, renews, amends or continues a health insurance policy in this state that includes prescription drug coverage shall require that a health care provider prescribe a specific quantity of a psychotropic medication if such quantity exceeds the quantity that the provider deems appropriate.
