Summary

To provide that each snow removal contractor entering into a snow removal contract with a consumer in this state shall not include an indemnification clause in such contract, and shall be liable for any and all damages arising from the presence of any snow or ice on any portion of the consumer's property if such contractor is required to remove such snow or ice pursuant to such contract.
