Summary

To prohibit each insurance company, fraternal benefit society, hospital service corporation, medical service corporation and health care center that delivers, issues for delivery or renews an insurance policy in this state from including in such policy a clause that reserves discretion to such company, society, corporation or center to interpret the terms of such policy in a manner that is, or to provide standards for the interpretation or review of such policy that are, inconsistent with the laws of this state.
