Summary

To require (1) a municipality to give notice of at least sixty days to any solid waste collector operating in such municipality prior to any action taken by such municipality to provide its own trash collection and disposal services, including contracting with another solid waste collector to provide such service, and (2) that, for one year after any such action, any solid waste collector with existing arrangements for the provision of such services be permitted to continue to provide such service.
