AN ACT AUTHORIZING BOAT OCCUPANTS TO FISH PURSUANT TO THE BOAT OWNER'S FISHING LICENSE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a new fishing license that would authorize not more than five additional occupants of a boat to fish pursuant to the authority granted under the boat owner's fishing license provided the total catch of such occupants and the boat owner does not exceed the present catch limit allotted to such boat owner.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow occupants of a boat to all fish under the authority of the boat owner's fishing license.
