AN ACT EXEMPTING FUEL CELL VEHICLES FROM THE STATE SALES TAX.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to exempt all fuel cell vehicle purchases from the state sales tax.

Statement of Purpose:

To exempt fuel cell vehicles from the sales tax.
