AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF A MORATORIUM ON STATE UNIVERSITY TUITION INCREASES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to study the implications of imposing a moratorium on state university tuition increases.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote affordable higher education in the state and to protect students from unjust yearly tuition increases.
