AN ACT CONCERNING WELLNESS PROGRAMS AND EXPANSION OF HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to require insurers to offer health behavior wellness, maintenance or improvement programs and to expand health insurance coverage for certain devices, supplies and conditions.
