AN ACT FUNDING THE PROVISION OF COMMUNITY-BASED AND HOME-BASED CARE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of ____ dollars be appropriated to the Department of Social Services, from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, to expand the provision of community-based and home-based care for persons who are elderly or who have Alzheimer's disease.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the provision of cost-effective community-based and home-based care for persons who are elderly or who have Alzheimer's disease.
