AN ACT INCREASING THE TAX CREDITS AVAILABLE FOR APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING IN MANUFACTURING, CONSTRUCTION AND PLASTICS-RELATED TRADES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-217g of the general statutes be amended to double all allowable credits for apprenticeship training in manufacturing, construction and plastics-related trades.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage businesses to hire and train apprentices by doubling the existing tax credits.
