AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN OPTIONAL MUNICIPAL PROPERTY TAX RELIEF PROGRAM FOR PROPERTY OWNERS WHO PRESERVE AND MAINTAIN STONE WALLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that any municipality, by vote of its legislative body, may provide property tax relief to residents of such municipality who preserve and maintain stone walls on property owned by such residents.
Statement of Purpose:
