AN ACT CONCERNING FAIR HEARINGS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That sections 17b-60 and 17b-61 of the general statutes be amended to adjust the administrative hearing procedure for the Department of Social Services to comport with federal law and promote fairness for participants.

Statement of Purpose:

To update the administrative hearing procedure for the Department of Social Services to comport with federal law and promote fairness.
