Summary
Law 22-166 requireS the owner of the real property known as Center Leg Freeway (lnterstate 395) PILOT Area to provide no fewer than 50 affordable housing units on that real property if it is developed for residential use; and requires that the developer construct 100 affordable residential units on the real property located at 1530 First Street, S.W. It expands the affordability levels to households earning at or below 30% and 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
