Summary

As introduced it prohibits nondisclosure agreements or other documents, as a condition of employment or otherwise, from preventing the disclosure of factual information related to claims alleging certain sexual offenses, harassment or discrimination. It also prohibits retaliation and provides remedies involving such claims. The Attorney General and the Mayor are also required to submit an annual report to the Council regarding public funds paid for awards and settlements for claims of misconduct.
