Revises distribution & use requirements for annual use fees for Share Road & In God We Trust specialty license plates; directs DHSMV to develop Support Special Needs Kids, America the Beautiful, Ducks Unlimited, Bonefish & Tarpon Trust, Educate Engage Empower, Dogs Making a Difference, National Wild Turkey Federation, Rotary, Florida Bay Forever, & Alzheimer's Community Care specialty license plates; provides for distribution of annual use fees received from sale of such plates.
