Authorizes DOC to increase number of employees serving as transition specialists & employment specialists; requires transition assistance staff to provide specified information; requires DOC to establish telephone hotline for released offenders & provide community reentry resource directory; requires DOC to allow certain organizations to provide reentry services; authorizes expanded use of job assignment credentialing & industry certifications; requires DOC to develop prison entrepreneurship program.
