Summary

Revises provisions governing payment of subsistence & travel reimbursement for certain Supreme Court justices & DCA judges; authorizes certain DCA judges to have facility in their county of residence designated as their official headquarters; provides that county is not required to provide space for judges; authorizes counties to enter into agreements with DCA for use of county courthouse space; prohibits district court of appeal from using state funds to lease space to establish judge's official headquarters.
