Summary

Removes certain provisions relating to a pilot program in which a middle school student or a high school student in a private school may participate in athletics at a public school. Provides for statewide implementation of the program. Requires that the athletic director of each public school maintain the records of students participating in the program. Limits participation in the program to students who are enrolled in non-FHSAA member private schools consisting of a maximum number of students, etc.
