Summary

Directs the FDVA, in partnership with the Statewide Office for Suicide Prevention and the DCFS, to seek federal funding for a grants program that addresses veterans' outreach and suicide prevention. Revises the membership of the Suicide Prevention Coordinating Council to include a representative of the Florida Psychological Association, the Florida Psychiatric Society, and veterans appointed by the Governor.
