    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to citizen support and direct-support
    3         organizations; amending s. 259.10521, F.S.; extending
    4         the scheduled repeal of the provisions governing the
    5         citizen support organizations operating to benefit the
    6         Babcock Ranch Preserve; amending s. 413.615, F.S.;
    7         extending the scheduled repeal of provisions relating
    8         to the Florida Endowment for Vocational
    9         Rehabilitation; amending s. 570.83, F.S.; extending
   10         the scheduled repeal of provisions governing the
   11         Florida Beef Council, Inc., direct-support
   12         organization; amending s. 570.691, F.S.; abrogating
   13         the scheduled repeal of provisions relating to direct
   14         support organizations of the Department of Agriculture
   15         and Consumer Services; providing an effective date.

   17  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   18  
   19         Section 1. Subsection (4) of section 259.10521, Florida
   20  Statutes, is amended to read:
   21         259.10521 Citizen support organization; use of property.—
   22         (4) REPEAL.—This section is repealed October 1, 2024 2019,
   23  unless reviewed and saved from repeal by the Legislature.
   24         Section 2. Subsection (14) of section 413.615, Florida
   25  Statutes, is amended to read:
   26         413.615 Florida Endowment for Vocational Rehabilitation.—
   27         (14) REPEAL.—This section is repealed October 1, 2023 2019,
   28  unless reviewed and saved from repeal by the Legislature.
   29         Section 3. Subsection (14) of section 570.83, Florida
   30  Statutes, is amended to read:
   31         570.83 Beef Market Development Act; definitions; Florida
   32  Beef Council, Inc., creation, purposes, governing board, powers,
   33  and duties; referendum on assessments imposed on gross receipts
   34  from cattle sales; payments to organizations for services;
   35  collecting and refunding assessments; vote on continuing the
   36  act; council bylaws.—
   37         (14) REPEAL.—This section is repealed October 1, 2024 2019,
   38  unless reviewed and saved from repeal by the Legislature.
   39         Section 4. Subsection (10) of section 570.691, Florida
   40  Statutes, is amended to read:
   41         570.691 Direct-support organization.—
   42         (10) This section is repealed October 1, 2019, unless
   43  reviewed and saved from repeal by the Legislature.
   44         Section 5. This act shall take effect July 1, 2019.
