Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 4 of Title 12 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to mineral resources and caves, so as to repeal certain provisions relating to the amount of reward and eligibility for reward for the first person, firm, or corporation which puts down and brings in the first commercial oil well in the state; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
