A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 12-5-584 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to water supply and water conservation management plan and interbasin transfers relative to the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District, so as to provide that certain interbasin transfers shall be included in water supply and water conservation management studies and plans; to provide for related matters; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
