Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 20-2-161 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Quality Basic Education Formula, so as to require the State Board of Education to retain an independent third party to evaluate the Quality Basic Education Formula and its program components and make recommendations to the State Board of Education and the General Assembly as to any necessary changes; to provide for such review process every five years; to provide for contingency on appropriations for such purposes; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
