Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 2 of Article 3 of Chapter 12 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to obscenity and related offenses related to minors generally, so as to provide that it shall be illegal for any person to knowingly possess or control or produce any material or medium which contains images that depict a naked or nearly naked, suggestively posed, and inappropriately sexualized child or children with the intent to arouse or satisfy the sexual desire of such person or the person viewing such images; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
