Summary

Establishes the Hawaii State Fusion Center as a program under the Office of Homeland Security and establishes the state-funded position of Hawaii State Fusion Center Director to manage the Center's day-to-day operations and be accountable to the Director of Homeland Security. Effective 1/28/2081. (SD1)
