Summary

Appropriates funds to the Department of Health (DOH) to purchase and rent traps for feral chickens and roosters to residents for a nominal fee. Authorizes DOH to contract with eligible entities to administer the program. Imposes a 1:1 match requirement on counties whose residents participate in the program.
