Summary

Requires the DOE to employ at least one full-time equivalent teacher for each grade level that has five or more students in grades kindergarten through six in each public school with a student enrollment of one hundred fifty or less students, excluding charter schools, beginning with the 2020-2021 school year. Appropriates funds. Takes effect on 7/1/2050. (HD1)
