Summary

Authorizes the Board of Agriculture to request that the Governor declare an agricultural emergency to respond to substantial interruptions in commerce or crop production. Requires the DOA to develop and implement agricultural emergency response measures. Establishes and funds the Agricultural Emergency Trust Fund, to be managed by the Board. (HB450 HD1)
