Summary

Establishes the repair and maintenance special fund for the repair and maintenance of state department facilities. Prohibits fund moneys from funding employee salaries and costs or from being considered as part of the employer's ability to pay those costs. Appropriates funds. Effective 7/1/2061. (SD1)
