Summary

Allocates and appropriates funds from transient accommodations tax revenues to the Hawaii Tourism Authority to implement initiatives, in conjunction with the Hawaii Lodging and Tourism Association and the governor's coordinator on homelessness, to address homelessness in tourist and resort areas. Requires the Hawaii Tourism Authority to report to the Legislature. Effective 7/1/2099. (SD1)
