Summary

Establishes the Convention Center Repair and Maintenance Special Fund and the Convention Center Emergency Special Fund. Allocates a portion of transient accommodations tax revenue to those funds. Removes repair and maintenance as permissible uses of the Convention Center Enterprise Special Fund. Requires annual reports to the Legislature. Effective 7/1/2100. (SD1)
