Regulates physical therapist assistants by limiting the use of certain titles and requiring licensure. Specifies criteria for licensure. Adds a physical therapist assistant to the composition of the Board of Physical Therapy. Appropriates funds out of the compliance resolution fund beginning 7/1/2014. (CD1)
