Summary

Amends the definition of "bicycle" for the purposes of county vehicular taxes, highway safety laws, and Statewide Traffic Code by adding and defining low-speed electric bicycles and requiring that an operator of a low-speed electric bicycle be at least 15 years of age. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
