Summary

Authorizes $125,000,000 in general obligation bonds to be expended for purposes set forth in section 201H-202, Hawaii Revised Statutes; appropriates $75,000,000 from the general fund to be expended by the Hawaii housing finance and development corporation to build new low-income rental housing units or to apply funds to existing programs or projects targeting the chronically homeless or low-income renters facing eviction.
